Welcome to Blossoming Boutique. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

1. Payment and Commencement of Work

• All resin preservation work will begin only after full payment has been received.
• No work will be carried out or materials prepared until payment is confirmed in full.

2. Flower Condition and Preservation

• Please note that some flowers may rot, wilt, or die during the drying process. This is a natural part of working with organic materials and is beyond our control.
• We will always take great care during the preservation process, but due to the delicate nature of flowers, results may vary.

3. Turnaround Time

• The typical turnaround time is approximately 8 months from the date full payment and flowers are received.
• Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume, seasonal factors, and the complexity of your design.

4. Artistic Variations and Imperfections

• Small air bubbles, texture variations, or minor imperfections may occur within the resin. These are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
• Every piece is unique, and these natural characteristics contribute to the individuality of your artwork.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued for flowers that have died, discoloured, or changed appearance during the preservation process.
• Due to the custom and handmade nature of each resin piece, all sales are final.
• Once the preservation process has started, no changes or alterations can be made to your order.

6. Customer Responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure flowers are delivered in the best possible condition and within the advised timeframe.
• Blossoming Boutique cannot be held responsible for damages caused by improper packaging, late deliveries, or courier issues prior to receipt.

7. Liability

• Blossoming Boutique is not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the natural deterioration of flowers or unavoidable imperfections in the resin process.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the natural risks involved in flower preservation.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Blossoming Boutique, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
